Win Investments, an innovative fintech startup, has forged an unprecedented alliance with the Asociación del Fútbol Argentino (AFA) that promises to rewrite the rules of the game — both in Argentina and on the global stage. The agreement was officially unveiled at the iconic Lionel Andrés Messi training complex in Ezeiza, marking the launch of a pioneering initiative that will allow Argentine clubs to invest in their talent through the tokenization of training rights — a model that has received the backing of FIFA.

Claudio Fabián Tapia, president of the AFA, underscored the significance of the collaboration, describing it as a landmark advance for Argentine football — one with the potential to bring supporters directly into the development of its players. The technology offers any football enthusiast the opportunity to invest in the sport’s future stars, from Lionel Messi to the most recent world champions, all of them products of Argentine club academies.

Under this model, clubs will be able to unlock early financing against future transfer revenues, securing a capital flow that allows them to manage their resources far more effectively — without relying exclusively on traditional income streams. Win’s platform, available via an app on both Android and iOS, will allow football enthusiasts to purchase fractional training rights from a minimum investment of 1,000 Argentine pesos.

The model does more than open new financing avenues for clubs — it invites supporters to become active participants in the transfer market, fostering a genuine sense of community and belonging. Valentín Jaremtchuk, CEO of Win, expressed his gratitude for the trust placed in his team while signaling clear ambitions to expand the model to other leagues across Latin America.

The AFA–Win partnership sets a standard that could inspire other federations to explore innovative financing alternatives — and, in doing so, fundamentally reshape the landscape of world football. This joint effort is not merely about the financial health of clubs; it promises to bring supporters closer to the game in ways never before imagined.
