With an investment of 325 million pesos and a footprint of 30,000 square meters, the ELITE Santa Lucía I Industrial Park has officially opened — a complex comprising 29 industrial units developed under the Business Park – Last Mile concept.

The development offers flexible unit sizes ranging from 485 to 1,940 square meters, designed for Class A companies engaged in last-mile delivery, manufacturing components, or light transfer operations.

Among its standout features are a modern Business Center, training rooms, co-working areas, open-air communal dining spaces, driver rest areas, intelligent automation, a dual fire suppression network, and a dedicated cycle hub — all within a strategic location inside the Zapopan Norte industrial corridor.

Elite’s philosophy centers on creating ecosystems that prioritize the well-being of those who inhabit them. The construction phase generated 350 jobs, and once fully operational, the park is projected to create more than 300 direct positions.

The inaugural ribbon-cutting ceremony was led by the Mayor of Zapopan, Juan José Frangie Saade, and the Secretary General of Government, Salvador Zamora, alongside project partners Marcos and Humberto Zaragoza.

Founded in 2020, Elite Last Mile Parks now operates 25 strategically positioned industrial parks across Mexico — and shows no sign of slowing its expansion.
