Samsung Elevates the Television Experience with Artificial Intelligence

For years, picture quality defined the evolution of television. Today, audio has emerged as the undisputed protagonist of the viewing experience — and Samsung is making a decisive move in that direction with its Vision AI lineup, introducing the groundbreaking Adaptive Sound Pro.
This intelligent feature uses artificial intelligence to craft a fully personalized listening experience. Through an integrated microphone and advanced algorithms, the system actively listens to the acoustics of its environment, identifying hard and soft surfaces to adjust bass, midrange, and treble frequencies in real time.
“We want every piece of content to be experienced at its best — with clear dialogue and precisely calibrated surround sound,” said Felipe Larraín, Branding Television and Audio at Samsung.

The technology extends well beyond the physical space. Adaptive Sound Pro automatically recognizes content type — from action films to live concerts — adjusting the audio mix to foreground voices, effects, or music as the moment demands.
Activation is effortless: navigate to Settings > General and Privacy > Intelligent Mode, enable the relevant functions, and let the AI handle the rest. Complementing the experience are Q-Symphony with Dolby Atmos and the Gen3 NQ4 and NQ8 processors, which simultaneously optimize audio and picture through 768 neural networks.
With Vision AI, Samsung is not merely improving what we hear — it is redefining how and when we hear it. The future of television sound is intelligent, adaptive, and unmistakably forward-thinking.
