Lamborghini has made a decisive statement in Taipei, revealing its new hybrid supercar, the Temerario. This bold new contender pairs a striking futurist design with 920 horsepower and a top speed of 343 km/h — setting a new standard for the automotive industry and staking out a credible path toward an electrified, more sustainable future. The exclusive presentation took place at the Lamborghini Taipei Service Center, further consolidating the Italian marque’s presence in an increasingly competitive Asian market.

The Lamborghini Temerario takes its place as the second model in Lamborghini’s HPEV (High Performance Electrified Vehicle) lineup, following the acclaimed Revuelto. At the presentation, Federico Foschini, Chief Marketing and Sales Officer of Automobili Lamborghini, underscored the strategic importance of the Asian market to the brand’s future. The Temerario is not merely a technological milestone — it is a firm declaration of commitment to sustainability and innovation, values that have become inseparable from Lamborghini’s philosophy.

On the technical side, the Temerario is powered by a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 engine paired with three electric motors, together delivering a 0–100 km/h sprint in just 2.7 seconds. It is also the first production car of its kind to exceed 10,000 revolutions per minute. Its lithium-ion battery system, strategically distributed for optimal balance, not only guarantees extraordinary performance but enables a full charge in just 30 minutes — proof that luxury automobiles can be simultaneously powerful and sustainable.

The design of the Lamborghini Temerario is a masterwork of aesthetic and functional integration. Its exterior draws on nature for inspiration — a shark-nose front end, hexagonal daytime running lights — elevating aerodynamic efficiency while sharpening on-track performance. Inside, the cockpit envelops the driver in premium materials including leather and carbon fiber, complemented by advanced digital displays that deliver intuitive control for both driver and co-pilot. The animating philosophy is distilled in a single concept: Feel Like a Pilot — an immersive driving experience unlike any other.

The choice of Taipei as the stage for this reveal speaks to the critical role Asia plays in Lamborghini’s global strategy. Francesco Scardaoni, Regional Director for Asia-Pacific, emphasized the brand’s desire to forge deeper connections with clients and enthusiasts in a rapidly expanding market. The Lamborghini Temerario is more than a luxury automobile — it is a symbol of what the entire automotive industry is becoming: a discipline in which luxury, advanced technology, and sustainability are no longer competing values but the shared pillars of a new high-performance standard. Its debut in Taipei marks the opening of a new chapter in Lamborghini’s history — one in which electrification elevates the very concept of driving without compromising a single strand of the marque’s DNA.
