Guadalajara once again asserts its standing as the epicenter of jewelry in Latin America with a new edition of Expo Joya, organized by the Cámara de Joyería de Jalisco. The event — widely regarded as the most important of its kind in the region — brings together more than 350 exhibitors across 15,000 square meters of exhibition space, with upward of 15,000 visitors expected.

More than a trade fair, Expo Joya is a space where wholesalers, designers, and artisans converge — where tradition and innovation coexist with remarkable fluency. Mexico, the world’s leading silver producer at nearly three thousand tonnes annually, reaffirms its global preeminence here. Jalisco alone generates 80 tonnes of silver jewelry and more than 50 million costume pieces each year, cementing its role as the industry’s principal engine.

The event reaches well beyond commerce: it delivers the season’s defining design trends, technological innovation, and a platform for projecting Mexican creative talent onto the international stage. Expo Joya has become synonymous with luxury, creativity, and a brilliantly promising future for the national jewelry industry.
