Loro Piana’s Cashmere Now Comes Upholstered

Loro Piana has carried its textile vocabulary from tailoring into furniture. The Italian House presented its new Interiors collection at Paris Déco Off, deploying signature fabrics — including fifteen-micron Wish wool and Wish Double — across sofas, folding chairs, and table accessories.

For the first time, the House has crossed its two divisions. The cashmere of its ready-to-wear — the paisleys that appear on scarves and linings — now shares its motifs with upholstery fabrics. The same textile sensibility that dresses the person now dresses the room.

The collection includes the Palm sofa designed by Raphael Navot, the Trama bookcase, the Navetta cabinet, and the Delight folding director’s chairs. The palette is warm — earth tones with deep greens, kummel, and burnt orange — conceived to integrate with both classical and contemporary interiors without imposing itself on either.

Loro Piana had long been supplying the high-end interior design world with its fabrics; the Interiors line formalizes that relationship into a dedicated catalogue. The sofa now carries the same signature as the jacket.
