91,000 Attendees Expected and 71 Million Pesos in Economic Impact

The Strategic Business Analysis Center of the Guadalajara Chamber of Commerce estimates that the Grito de Independencia celebrations in Guadalajara’s Historic Center will generate an economic impact of 71.3 million pesos, driven primarily by spending on food, beverages, restaurant dining, transportation, accommodations, and patriotic souvenirs.
The report notes that the figure represents a 4.6% increase over 2024.

Attendance is projected to surpass 91,000 throughout the day, culminating in an evening headlined by Pepe Aguilar and his children Ángela and Leonardo Aguilar.
All are invited to celebrate Mexico’s Independence festivities responsibly and to support local commerce — a contribution that strengthens the regional economy.
